Frequently Asked Questions

Fitment & Compatibility

How do I know if a part fits my machine or vehicle?

Every product page includes fitment information — model lists, OEM cross-reference numbers, or vehicle applications. Match it against your equipment and you're set. And if you're ever unsure, contact us before ordering: fitment checks are free.

Small engines: where do I find my engine model number?
  • Briggs & Stratton: stamped on the metal engine cover or valve cover — a Model / Type / Code series of numbers.
  • Honda: on a label or stamped on the crankcase, starting with G (e.g., GX160, GCV170).
  • Kohler: on a decal on the blower housing or fan shroud.
  • Tecumseh: stamped into the blower housing or on a decal.
  • Chainsaws & trimmers (Stihl, Echo, Husqvarna): the model is printed on the starter housing or near the rear handle.

Important: match the engine brand and model, not just the equipment brand — many mowers and generators use engines from a different manufacturer.

Auto performance parts: how does fitment work?

Automotive parts are listed by year, make and model (and often submodel — Si, GT, Type S, etc.). Check the product title and fitment section against your exact vehicle, including trim and production year. Performance parts can differ between submodels of the same car, so when in doubt, send us your full vehicle info and we'll confirm.

Karting and UTV parts: what should I check?

For kart engine parts, match your engine platform (Briggs LO206, World Formula, Predator 212, GX160/GX200 clones). For clutches and drivetrain, verify bore size, tooth count and chain pitch (#35, #40/41/420). For UTVs, match year, make and model just like an automotive part. Racing classes have spec rules — if you race sanctioned events, check your class rules before modifying.

Are these OEM or aftermarket parts?

We sell high-quality aftermarket replacement and performance parts, plus select genuine racing components. Aftermarket parts are built to meet or exceed OEM specifications at a fraction of dealer prices. Brand names listed are for compatibility reference only.

What does "Replaces OEM #" mean?

That's the original manufacturer's part number our part replaces. If your old part or your service manual shows that number, this part is its direct aftermarket equivalent. It's the fastest way to confirm a match — search our store by your OEM number and see what comes up.

I can't find the part I need — can you source it?

Very possibly. Our catalog grows weekly, and we have access to supplier networks beyond what's listed. Send us the part number, brand and a photo of the old part through our contact page and we'll check availability and pricing for you.

Shipping

Where do you ship from and how long does it take?

All parts ship from warehouses in the United States. Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days, and standard delivery takes 3–7 business days depending on your location. You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.

My order has parts from different departments — will they arrive together?

Parts may ship from different warehouses depending on the product line, so multi-item orders can arrive in separate packages — each with its own tracking number, at no extra cost to you.

Do you ship internationally?

We currently ship within the United States. Contact us if you're outside the US and we'll let you know your options.

Orders & Returns

What's your return policy?

Unused, uninstalled parts in original packaging can be returned within 30 days of delivery. Returns due to ordering the wrong part are subject to a 15% restocking fee, and return shipping is paid by the customer — one more reason to use our free fitment check before ordering! See our full Returns Policy for details.

What if the part is defective or doesn't fit the listed application?

That's on us. If a part arrives defective, damaged, or doesn't fit an application from our fitment list, contact us within 30 days and we'll ship a replacement or issue a full refund — no restocking fee, no return shipping cost to you. That's our Fitment Guarantee.

How do I track my order?

You'll get a tracking link by email the moment your order ships. Multi-item orders may generate multiple tracking numbers. If your tracking hasn't updated in 3+ business days, reach out and we'll investigate with the carrier.

An item I want shows "Sold Out" — will it come back?

Usually, yes. Our inventory syncs with supplier warehouses and most items restock regularly. If you need something that's out of stock, contact us with the product name — we can check the restock timeline or suggest a compatible alternative that's available now.

Can I cancel or change my order?

If your order hasn't shipped yet, yes — contact us as soon as possible and we'll do our best to catch it before it leaves the warehouse.

Warranty & Product Support

Do parts come with a warranty?

All parts are covered against manufacturing defects — if a part fails due to a defect in materials or workmanship within 30 days, we replace it. Performance and racing parts installed in competition use carry inherent risks, and coverage does not extend to damage from improper installation, modification, or racing incidents.

Do you provide installation instructions or support?

Many products include manufacturer documentation, and our team can point you to the right torque specs, diagrams or install guidance for common jobs. That said, our parts are intended for installation by people with appropriate mechanical knowledge — when in doubt, a qualified mechanic is money well spent.

Do you offer discounts for repair shops, landscapers or race teams?

We work with commercial customers and teams that buy regularly. Reach out through our contact page with a bit about your operation and typical monthly needs, and we'll see what we can do.

Payment

What payment methods do you accept?

All major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover), Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay and PayPal. All transactions are securely processed — we never see or store your card details.

Are prices in US dollars?

Yes — all prices are in USD. If you're paying with an international card, your bank handles the currency conversion at their exchange rate.
